Elisabeth Legge is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey and a Nationally Certified Counselor, actively working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. She holds a Master’s from Thomas Jefferson University in Community and Trauma Counseling with a concentration in Child Trauma and Play Therapy.

Elisabeth is passionate about utilizing play therapy to work with children and families navigating trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues, or simply have difficulty expressing themselves. Play therapy provides children with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can explore their feelings and experiences, allowing her to better understand their world and offer the guidance they need to heal. Through play therapy, children can make sense of their feelings, build resilience, and ultimately feel happier and more secure in themselves and their relationships. As a therapist, Elisabeth’s role is to guide them gently toward these goals, using play as the medium to help them process their emotions and gain insight into their needs.

She specialize in trauma-informed therapy, using a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, play therapy, and family systems approaches to help children process their emotions and develop coping skills. She approaches every case with empathy, patience, and a commitment to finding the best solutions for the unique needs of each child and family. Elisabeth believes in the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where both children and parents can feel heard and understood.

Life gets complicated; sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once. People often come to therapy feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or carrying more than they let anyone in their daily lives see. Reaching out for support can be its own difficult step, especially when it means sitting with someone new and talking about the parts of life you may not say out loud.

Greg Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) with over 15 years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy. He has worked with clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate anxiety, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, trauma, and family or relationship challenges. Greg also has experience supporting student-athletes recovering from injury, managing performance-related stress, or transitioning out of competitive sports.

Greg believes therapy works best when clients feel they can be honest, authentic, and fully themselves in the room without performing, trying to say the “right” thing, or pretending to have it all together. His approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a therapy experience that offers both the space clients need and the guidance they want as they work toward meaningful change.

In addition to counseling, Greg has significant experience in case management, treatment planning, and clinical supervision, including mentoring the next generation of behavioral health professionals. He is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, where he provides telehealth services.
